Gene's credentials include a California Brokers License, a degree in sales and marketing, and he is a Graduate of the Realtors Institute holding the prestigious "GRI" designation which is recognized nationwide as representing the highest in real estate professionalism and knowledge and is the foundation of all other advanced designations. He is also a member of the National and California Associations of Realtors, the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), and the International Real Estate Institute (IREI) holding the designation of "RPM" (Registered Property Manager).
