I am the broker/owner of Realty World Orange Coast., a residential brokerage company located in the Woodbridge community of Irvine, California, specializing in sales, leasing, and property management.
My credentials include a California Brokers License, a degree in sales and marketing, and I am a Graduate of the Realtors Institute holding the prestigious "GRI" designation which is recognized nationwide as representing the highest in real estate professionalism and knowledge and is the foundation of all other advanced designations. I am also a member of the National and California Associations of Realtors, the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), and the International Real Estate Institute (IREI) holding the designation of "RPM" (Registered Property Manager).
I first started working with buyers and sellers in 1983. I consider myself more of a counselor than a salesperson. I help my clients make informed real estate decisions based on my experience and knowledge of the marketplace. Client satisfaction is most important to me.

in the building industry working with architects, developers and contractors. This background gives me a decided edge in helping my clients see a home´s potential and in providing cost-effective suggestions for improvement which help maximize their investment and allows me to help clients understand the potential of minor changes to increase the worth of a home and decrease days on the market.
I have lived in Orange County virtually all of my life and have extensive knowledge of the Orange County market. I have been a resident of Irvine for over 17 years and own my residence as well as an investment property.
When not working, I like to spend my free time playing tennis. I´ve been a tennis player for over 30 years and enjoy the sport very much.
